Job Title: Principal Signal Processing Engineer
Location: Newport, Wales
Salary: Circa £65k depending on skills and experience
Join a dynamic role as a Principal Signal Processing Engineer at the forefront of defense technology. Your responsibilities will include supporting the design and development of signal processing platforms for next-generation radar systems, collaborating with engineering teams, managing requirements, building MATLAB models, and overseeing integration and testing within radar systems.
Your skills and experience:
• Strong understanding of Signal Processing algorithms and their implementation in real-time, software-driven environments.
• Knowledge of the interaction between algorithms, software, and hardware platforms.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and applied mathematics.
• Higher education qualification in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with complex Signal Processing techniques in radar system development.
