We are seeking a dedicated Signature Management Engineer to join a dynamic team within the defence/maritime sector.

No previous signature management experience is required. We are looking for skilled Systems and Electrical Engineers to join this team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and development efforts for new equipment, crafting innovative solutions that meet high standards for quality and performance.
• Improve existing products through insightful modifications and updates to keep offerings at the forefront of technology.
• Create technical specifications, conduct analysis, and define testing requirements.
• Support the build process to ensure designs are accurately translated into functional equipment.
• Lead system integration, testing, and acceptance to ensure reliability and efficacy.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure seamless project progression.

Qualifications / Skills required

• HND in electrical or systems engineering.
• Understanding of high integrity design processes and techniques.
• Knowledge of various engineering disciplines, including systems and mechanical engineering.
• Experience with design lifecycle processes, including gated design phases and reviews.
• Confidence in customer-facing interactions, presentations, and client engagement.
• Experience in Defence/Aerospace or safety-regulated environments is advantageous.
• Experience in Naval/Maritime domain is advantageous.
• Previous signature management experience is not required but is a plus.
