Role Overview

This Security Architect will be responsible for driving high technical standards, operational excellence, and innovation across the business. This role involves designing, implementing, and governing security solutions that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring the security and compliance of our cloud environments.

You will be the face of this area within the business, completing webinars, speaking with clients, helping to train the Sales & presales teams to position these new products in the public domain and to the existing client base, as well as working with Post Sales to ensure exceptional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Undertake and lead the research and development of products and features.
2. Participate in private and public previews and work with vendors on testing and feedback.
3. Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to shape the technology roadmap.
4. Provide consultative advice and guidance based on your expertise.
5. Design and maintain cloud architectures with a focus on scale and security.
6. Create high-quality documentation to standardize solution architectures, processes, and templates.
7. Design and implement technology to support cloud delivery practices.
8. Collaborate with the Product Team to develop service descriptions and ensure correct architecture of new products.
9. Develop and enforce security policies to protect data and applications.
10. Promote a shift-left mindset by integrating security early in delivery processes.
11. Work with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption and optimization.
12. Coordinate with Alliance Managers to ensure successful vendor program execution.

Requirements

1. Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification.
2. Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Security and its integration with broader Cloud environments.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. High attention to detail.
