As Manager of Biology, you will be responsible for providing advanced biology expertise to the selected biology group, and for developing and mentoring a small group of biology professionals.

This role offers you the opportunity to lead key activities to advance your career, including:

• Developing and enhancing biology analytical platforms and technologies.
• Building scientific expertise through training and supervising a biology team with the necessary scientific and technical capabilities.
• Collaborating with Discovery teams to identify project needs and develop experiments to address project questions.
• Determining scientific approaches and transferring optimized methods to contract research organizations.
• Developing and applying industry tools for studies.
• Maintaining high-quality documentation for all experimental work.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

• PhD in a scientific discipline (e.g., Molecular Biology, Genetics, Immunology).
• 4+ years of experience in translational and biomarker development, neurodegeneration, and bioinformatics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on laboratory experience in bioassay development, flow cytometry, sequencing technologies, and other listed capabilities.
• Experience with human systems, disease mechanisms, and translational research.
• Proven scientific innovation, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple objectives and work independently or collaboratively.
