You’ll be joining an established organisation supporting the development and manufacture of advanced pharmaceutical products. The business collaborates with partners across the product lifecycle, from early‑stage development through to GMP manufacturing, with a focus on delivering high‑quality, scalable processes.
The MSAT (Manufacturing Science & Technology) team plays a key role in bridging development and manufacturing, ensuring processes are robust, transferable, and suitable for commercial production of complex biologics. The environment is highly collaborative, offering strong technical ownership and exposure to multidisciplinary project teams.
In this role, you will act as a technical lead on complex programmes, supporting the transfer and scale‑up of bioprocesses into GMP manufacture. You’ll combine strong scientific expertise with project delivery, ensuring processes are implemented effectively and meet quality and regulatory expectations.
