You’ll need a degree in pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, chemistry, or biological sciences, coupled with proven expertise within a GxP‑regulated CRO environment. Expertise in global regulatory guidance and industry best practices for immunoassay validation is essential. A track record of scientific leadership, mentoring, and collaborative problem‑solving will set you apart.
Nice‑to‑haves include familiarity with creating new service lines or scientific IP, additional experience in cross‑departmental collaboration, and knowledge of bioanalytical platform selection aligned with sponsor and regulatory needs.
