Are you a driven closer with a passion for building strategic, scalable sales growth in a fast-paced tech environment? We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our Strategic Digital Sales (SDS) team, reporting to our Sector Sales Director. This is a pivotal role focused on converting momentum into high-value wins across multiple sectors. You'll be part of a high-reaching, collaborative sales community, working alongside internal experts, clients, and partners to unlock opportunities and shape the future of our digital services footprint. Responsibilities
  • Leading the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to closing multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Driving accurate forecasting and maintaining a strong, forward-looking pipeline.
  • Defining value propositions and developing winning customer proposals.
  • Collaborating with internal collaborators to align sales activity with strategic objectives.
  • Mentoring new sales colleagues and sharing market intelligence to shape go-to-market strategy.
  • Identifying and managing commercial risks while meeting order targets.
