Principal Ruby Engineer

We are seeking a Principal Level Ruby Engineer for a full-time position with our client. Join a supportive and collaborative environment where your contributions are valued.

We are looking to speak with passionate, senior Ruby engineers who meet the following requirements:

1. Proven experience with Rails, PostgreSQL, Docker, RESTful API development, testing frameworks such as RSpec, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and an understanding of Agile methodologies.
2. Project ownership experience—taking independent ownership of projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role is fully remote, with a salary of approximately $90K DOE.
