We are pleased to announce a new opening within our Risk & Assurance team for a Principal Risk Business Partner. In this Origin-wide role, you will work with our Business Units, including Retail and Zero, offering expert risk advice, governance, and insights. Reporting to the Head of Risk Business Partnership, you will play a crucial role in embedding the Risk Management Framework, influencing decision-making processes, and ensuring effective risk management practices. You will be required to collaborate with stakeholders across the business to address gaps, identify risks, and enhance resilience.

This role needs a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence change, and a collaborative mindset. You must have excellent analytical skills to identify and assess risks (ISO 31000 framework preferred) and commercial acumen to translate complex risk concepts into actionable insights.
