Job description

Job Opportunity: Principal RF IC Design Engineer

Join a team of experienced engineers specializing in 4D image Radar and 5G millimeter wave chip design. This role involves researching and designing next-generation radar technologies for high-volume production within advanced CMOS technology nodes.

Responsibilities:

  • Module design of RF/millimeter-wave chips
  • Work across various stages of chip development, from design to production

Qualifications:

  • Industry degree qualified with 10+ years of RF IC Design experience
  • Extensive experience in RF chip development, from product definition to mass production
  • Strong understanding of analog and RF design concepts such as mismatch, linearity, stability, noise
  • Experience designing RF front-end, PA, LNA, Mixer, OSC, PLL, LO, VGA, Filter, TIA, or other baseband modules in deep submicron processes
  • Knowledge of high-speed digital circuits (counters, dividers)
  • Practical experience with CMOS process technology in advanced nodes (65nm and below)
  • RF chip testing skills using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and capabilities in statistical analysis of chip data
  • Experience with behavioral models using VerilogA/AMS

Additional Skills: Excellent communication and strong team-working skills are required.

Location: Based in South London, with access to Kent (the Garden of England) and London city.
