Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in RF design, antennas and microwave systems.
• Hands-on, with ability to own and drive technical work streams.
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to UK R&D capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and develop RF and microwave systems
• Own antenna and RF design activities from concept through simulation, prototyping, test, and production handover
• Act as a senior technical contributor on projects, supporting architectural decisions and design reviews
• Collaborate with RF, electronics, systems, and mechanical engineers to ensure optimal system integration
• Support development of RF subsystems including filters, amplifiers, switches, and control interfaces
• Perform antenna, RF, and EMC testing, correlating lab results in lab or high-reliability environments
• Communicate complex RF concepts clearly within multidisciplinary teams
