We're looking to grow our Water & CleanTech US team based in Leeds.

Following the incredible success of our North East business, we’re building a high-performing team in Leeds to mirror our market-leading presence across Yorkshire. We’re looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of one (or more) of our key disciplines – in the Water & CleanTech markets – and shape the future of international recruitment across the US.

1. Build and grow a specialist desk within your chosen vertical – Water & CleanTech
2. Develop strong client relationships across the US, offering a consultative, partnership-led approach.
3. Partner with a highly collaborative team, sharing leads, insights and supporting each other’s success.
4. Use our advanced CRM (Bullhorn), data tools and support infrastructure to maximise your impact.
5. Help shape the Leeds office culture and growth, alongside a team with big ambitions.
