Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing UK-based team. In this role, you will focus solely on candidate sourcing, qualification, and engagement, supporting the recruitment of both permanent and contract roles across various sectors. With a focus on international recruitment delivery, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers to build top-tier candidate pipelines that meet client demand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with UK-based Account Managers to understand client requirements and role specifications.
- Develop and execute effective multi-channel talent sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Headhunt passive talent and conduct proactive market mapping for hard-to-fill or niche positions.
- Craft compelling, SEO-friendly job adverts to maximise response and application quality.
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone and video interviews, ensuring robust compliance and skill checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within CRM/ATS platforms such as Bullhorn or Vincere.
- Prepare and submit high-quality CVs and interview summaries to Account Managers in a timely manner.
- Support candidates through the entire recruitment journey – from interview prep to offer negotiation.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including:
- Number of candidates sourced
- CVs submitted
- Interviews arranged
- Candidate conversion ratios
- Database compliance standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a recruitment agency environment, specifically in a 180 sourcing/resourcing role.
- At least 2 years of proven international recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and modern headhunting techniques.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn, Vincere, or similar).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- High-level organisational and time management capabilities.
- Access to a laptop, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
