About the role

We are looking for a Principal Consultant to join our Adecco Life Sciences UK team during a period of growth. This role offers industry-leading training within a friendly, dynamic team. You will focus on contract recruitment, business development, and be recognized as a trusted advisor in the Life Sciences sector.

Ideal candidates will have experience in recruiting within Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals and in business development. Your sales results will contribute to team objectives. You will identify recruitment and business opportunities, placing candidates into temporary assignments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full contract recruitment cycle: Sales, Delivery, Compliance
  • Developing client relationships and strategies
  • Managing client relationships and business development
  • Meeting or exceeding targets
  • Maintaining candidate hotlists
  • Reporting performance
  • Qualifying client requirements
  • Advertising, sourcing, and submitting candidates
  • Arranging interviews and making offers
  • Managing contractors/candidates and training colleagues
