Aspion Search, based in Liverpool HQ, is seeking an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant for the Transport & Logistics division. You will own a specialist market, manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, and drive growth across your desk with an established portfolio and live vacancies to leverage.

You will develop trusted advisor relationships, deliver tailored recruitment solutions, and build a strong personal brand in a fast-moving sector, with clear progression into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Proven success within a recruitment environment.
• Strong business development and account management capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and a consultative approach.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• Transport & Logistics recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.

Aspion Search is looking for an experienced recruiter ready to step into a Principal Consultant role within our thriving Transport & Logistics division.

The Opportunity

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of a specialist market, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while driving growth across your desk.
