The Role:

As a Principal Consultant at Henderson Scott, you will:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging top talent to negotiating offers and onboarding candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to position Henderson Scott as a trusted partner in the market.
