The Role: Principal Consultant

As a 360 Principal Consultant, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle:

• Building and managing client relationships
• Sourcing, engaging, and placing top candidates
• Leading on business development and market mapping
• Driving excellence at every stage of the process

From day one, you'll be set up with a clear progression plan towards Managing Consultant, should you choose to pursue that path.
