Responsibilities:

1. Building strong relationships with clients and candidates in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
2. Managing the full 360 recruitment process—from business development to placing top talent.
3. Driving new business opportunities and expanding your client network.
4. Mentoring and inspiring junior consultants.
5. Achieving revenue targets and celebrating successes with the team.
6. Championing recruitment best practices, quality, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior or principal recruiter in engineering and manufacturing recruitment.
• Natural leadership, mentoring, or coaching skills.
• Strong business development abilities.
• Target-driven, energetic, with deep industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
