We are seeking a registered Psychologist with the appropriate competencies and experience to lead our services.
We are looking for a registered Psychologist to become our Principal Psychologist (Clinical/Counselling/Forensic). In this role, you will develop our service and psychosocial interventions offer.
Our goal is for all our services to be Psychologically Informed. We support individuals facing challenges, primarily related to drug and alcohol use. We aim to allocate our Psychology resources to promote equity and ensure the delivery of evidence-based interventions, as outlined in Drug Misuse and Dependence: UK Guidelines on Clinical Management 2017.
You will work within multidisciplinary teams, focusing on the excellent delivery of recommended specialised interventions. These form the core of the Job Plan for all Psychology roles, supporting recovery and detailed within our Job Descriptions.

To excel in this role, you should be open-minded and willing to lead the development of Psychology and Psychological Therapies.
You will join a vibrant, diverse, multidisciplinary team of Psychologists, counsellors, and committed staff delivering psychosocial interventions both individually and in groups. Regular clinical supervision will be provided by a Consultant Clinical/Counselling Psychologist. Our teams are passionate and collaborative—you'll be starting in a supportive environment!

Full-time hours are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, salary and payments will be pro-rated based on contracted hours.
