Priory Hospital Woodbourne has an opportunity for a Principal Psychologist to join our team. This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week, and the pro-rata salary is £46,600 per annum

Our diverse and specialised range of services offers the opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience working with a wide spectrum of mental health conditions across five distinct service lines within the hospital. You will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.

Essential: Applicants must hold a completed and recognised postgraduate qualification leading to HCPC registration and must be currently registered with the HCPC as a Psychologist. Applicants must also have formal training in at least two therapeutic modalities and have demonstrated relevant post‑qualification experience and competencies appropriate to a Principal Psychologist role. Newly qualified psychologists or those not yet HCPC registered would not be eligible for this position.
