Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline such as Chemistry or Biochemistry
  • Proven expertise in protein modification and conjugation chemistry techniques, as well as protein purification
  • Experience of working in a cGMP environment and knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in process robustness and optimisation studies, as well as product characterisation of the final product
  • Experience providing technical support and expertise
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to present and report conclusions and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with internal colleagues and external clients
  • A track record of planning and delivering successful development work programmes
