Job description

The Role

The Project Manager serves as the primary customer contact and is responsible for managing system and solution implementations. This includes project planning, management, relationship building, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget.

A successful Project Manager must be capable of handling multiple concurrent projects, including large and complex ones with various technical solutions and workstreams. The role requires a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with project resources, resource managers, account executives, customer account managers, pre-sales engineers, support teams, and internal finance and administrative teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple large and medium-sized projects with varying service components.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Oversee revenue, budget, and margin management for projects.
  • Represent TTEC professionally and demonstrate leadership.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, providing responsive support to their needs.
  • Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, communication strategies, work and training plans, test plans, resource schedules, change management, and risk management.
  • Coordinate all project deliverables, monitor progress, manage scope, schedule, and costs, and communicate updates regularly.
  • Update internal systems and processes, including project tracking tools, collaboration platforms, resource booking, and financial updates.
  • Ensure timely submission of timesheets and expense reports, and maintain target utilization rates.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and participate in organizational meetings.
  • Mentor team members on processes and methodologies.
  • Adhere to core values: proactive attitude, excellent communication, attention to detail, and effective planning and follow-up.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 programs and agile methodologies like Scrum is advantageous.
  • Handle challenging client interactions professionally and seek to understand before prescribing solutions.
  • Stay informed about Microsoft Business Applications and aim to improve client customer service.
  • Possess strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • Work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Preferred but not mandatory: Scrum Master or SAFe certifications, experience managing complex technology projects in large organizations, consulting background.
