A global customer experience provider is seeking a Project Manager to oversee system implementations, manage multiple concurrent projects, and build effective relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate project management expertise, strong communication abilities, and familiarity with Dynamics 365. This role involves coordination of project deliverables and ensuring the delivery of results within budget and time constraints.

The Project Manager serves as the primary customer contact and is responsible for managing system and solution implementations. This includes project planning, management, relationship building, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
A successful Project Manager must be capable of handling multiple concurrent projects, including large and complex ones with various technical solutions and workstreams. The role requires a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with project resources, resource managers, account executives, customer account managers, pre-sales engineers, support teams, and internal finance and administrative teams.
Preferred but not mandatory: Scrum Master or SAFe certifications, experience managing complex technology projects in large organizations, consulting background.
