Opportunity: Principal Project Manager for District Heating Replacement

We’re supporting a major institution on a critical district heating replacement project and are looking to appoint a Principal Project Manager.

This is a replacement project, not a new build. The engineering work is more straightforward, but the environment is complex, involving many moving parts and diverse stakeholders.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for setting up and launching a new energy and heating operation from the ground up. You should be able to work independently while supporting the Project Director in establishing systems and steering the project into a fully operational mode.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings and present to senior stakeholders
• Make operational decisions
• Bring structure where it doesn’t yet exist

This role offers the chance to play a key part in a large-scale infrastructure project at a pivotal early stage.

Candidate Profile
