Position Description

As a Project Manager, you will be part of a high-performing professional services team focused on evaluating how the nCino product can best meet our European clients’ needs. You will work with the Implementation Consultant to oversee the application of a seven-step implementation process with nCino bank and credit union customers.

Responsibilities

1. Learn the Salesforce platform and nCino Bank Operating System Application
2. Become certified with at least two different certifications within your first six months
3. Work in tandem with your nCino Implementation Consultant to evaluate client needs, configure the system efficiently, and implement it within the institution
4. Oversee all aspects of software implementation projects lasting 10-16 weeks
5. Manage daily project load among three to four clients and respond to project-related questions promptly
6. Assess client risks and needs to identify major issues and obstacles
7. Write two customer-facing nCino Knowledge articles quarterly based on issues and solutions identified during implementation
8. Create and manage project plans and lead regular status meetings
9. Demo and train customers on nCino software during implementation
10. Assist with user acceptance testing of the nCino Bank Operating System
11. Oversee customer go-live processes and coordinate with support teams

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in commercial or SBA lending, with familiarity in banking language and processes, or equivalent experience and education
• Exceptional communication skills and an innovative problem-solving approach
• Proven ability to interact professionally with customers and lead meetings
• Quick and independent learner with strong organizational skills
• Analytical mindset capable of assessing client processes and benefits of nCino
• Previous managerial and project management experience preferred
• Ability to communicate project details effectively to diverse audiences
• Experience in defining business requirements, process mapping, and creating diagrams
• Knowledge of European banking regulations and governance
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish, German, or French are a plus
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed
• Experience with CRM systems or relational databases is a plus
