Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Barrow-in-Furness, England, is seeking a Product Security Analyst on a 12‑month contract, with 1–2 days per month on‑site. The role focuses on Information Assurance and Product Security across the PMS domain, delivering security artefacts and risk management.

You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to define security cases, address IA requirements, and contribute to governance and milestones within a regulated defence environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering security cases and managing information risk.
• Strong systems engineering awareness and risk‑based security approach.
• Experience within regulated defence/aerospace programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define, agree and deliver Product Security engineering activities in line with the programme Engineering Management Plan.
• Lead development of PMS Interim and Final Security Cases across defined programme phases.
• Maintain alignment between system-level security artefacts and Whole Boat IA risk management approaches.
• Identify, assess and document IA requirement shortfalls and associated risks.
• Coordinate IA Technical Queries (TQs) and formal communications in line with programme processes.
• Plan and manage Product Security activities to meet milestones and delivery schedules.
