Job Title: Principal Product Safety Engineer

Role Overview: Lead a small team developing a functional Safety Case, manage its production to schedule, and undertake complex safety analyses such as Fault Tree and Event Tree analyses. Produce safety justifications and liaise with stakeholders including System Engineers and Human Factors SMEs.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • STEM Degree or relevant experience
  • Experience leading small teams
  • Experience delivering Functional Safety Cases
  • Expertise in complex safety analysis and justification, especially in Vehicle Control and Control Systems

About the Product Safety Team: Support submarine system safety development, hazard analysis, safety documentation, and continuous safety system improvements. Relocation support available for submarine roles.
