Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Nebula in London. You will lead the enterprise product strategy and roadmap, partnering with the Design Systems Director to transform Nebula into a durable enterprise capability adopted across Pearson’s products and units.

You will own adoption strategy, telemetry, and value measurement, ensuring shared capabilities deliver tangible business outcomes while balancing standardization with team-specific needs.

Qualifications

• Senior product leader responsible for turning Nebula’s enterprise vision into an evidence-led roadmap.
• Focus on adoption strategy and measurable business value.
• Collaborate with Design Systems leadership to run Nebula as an enterprise product.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise Nebula roadmap and translate system strategy into product outcomes.
• Define problems Nebula should solve across Pearson’s business units.
• Prioritize investments in reusable components, platform capabilities and adoption tooling.
• Define success metrics, hypotheses and decision criteria before major investments.
• Drive adoption as a product, with pilots, onboarding and migration plans.
• Turn customer insight and telemetry into roadmap decisions.
