We already have a small customer base which is rapidly expanding – creating some exciting opportunities and challenges to address.
Job Description
We are looking for an innovative, self-driven and customer-centric Principal Product Manager. You will play a key role in scaling Teya’s Business Account product in the UK and launching it in additional European markets. This role will also have a major focus on product responsibilities related to card issuance and safeguarding.
The role will entail:

- Owning delivery of specific roadmap items and building new product roadmaps in the future.
- Working closely with product design, engineering, risk, compliance, and other key internal stakeholders to build and deliver new product features.
- Performing regular customer interviews to develop user stories and inform feature prioritisation.
- Working closely with finance and accounting teams to build robust backend financial processes for safeguarding and reconciliation, including continuous optimization of liquidity management.
- Collaborating closely with card scheme partners and processors to ensure continuous improvement in the performance of Teya’s debit card offering.
- Working with senior leadership and finance teams to develop forecasts for planning cycles, and building business cases to justify investments in new areas.
- Refining existing mechanisms and developing new ones to inspect product metrics on a regular basis.
- Using your excellent communication skills to advocate for the product and achieve alignment at all levels of the business.
- Contributing to building a strong product culture within Teya.

Experience and abilities we are specifically looking for include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or business-related field. Master’s degrees a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in banking. Experience in B2B banking, particularly with SMBs is a plus.
