• 8+ years in setting visions and building products with engineering teams.
• Experience building recommendation or personalization logic.
• Experience running experiments, including holdout or staged rollout designs.
• Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous initiatives through influence.

Responsibilities

• Own the course recommendation logic mapping assessments/skills to courses and modules.
• Maintain the content/assessments mapping to close gaps and retire unused courses.
• Own the learning modes roadmap with experimentation plans and investment gates, and drive adoption and outcomes.
