Job summary

Multiverse in London is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own Prescribe, guiding learners to the right programme and driving commitment and start. You will be the strategic partner to a Senior Engineering Manager, collaborating with design, data, GTM and fulfilment teams to improve conversion and outcomes.

You will own AI-native experiences, eligibility logic, and the end-to-end journey from recommendation to onboarding, using experiments and data to optimize performance and scale.

Qualifications

• Substantial PM experience with track record of growth metrics
• Strong data analysis and dashboard skills
• Experience designing and running A/B/multivariate experiments
• Deep UX focus and long-term strategy
• Ability to align cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Hands-on experience building AI/LLMs-driven features
• AI builder mindset to drive repeatable improvements

Responsibilities

• Shape AI-native product experiences that guide learners to the right programme
• Own the logic connecting skills to programmes and funding, with guardrails
• Own the journey from recommendation to commitment and start
• Partner with GTM, Operations and Data to improve funnel quality
• Collaborate with Senior leadership on roadmap and strategic priorities
• Represent Prescribe in roadmap conversations with senior leadership
