Product Strategy & Execution
Significant experiencein defining and executing product strategy aligned to organisational objectives and customer needs.
Skilled in managing product developmentacross discovery, design, delivery, and optimisation phases.
Experienced in backlog management, iterative delivery, and managing product dependencies at scale.
Brings creativity, ambition, and bold vision-setting—grounded in evidence and user need.

Excellent communicator, s killed at influencing and securing buy-in from senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Able to advocate for the role and value of the Product function within the wider organisation.

Able to make effective, evidence-based decisions and explain the rationale with clarity.
Experienced in navigating complexity, managing risk, and unblocking teams to maintain momentum.
