Your impact

As a Product Manager for Knowledge Discovery at OpenText, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the industry’s most powerful platforms for search, analytics, and AI-driven data interrogation. Your work will directly influence how global organizations unlock insights from text, images, video, and audio — enabling smarter decisions, stronger compliance, and real business value. From strategy to execution, you’ll drive the vision and delivery of features that make complex data not just searchable, but truly actionable.

What you need to succeed

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in software product management, ideally for enterprise-level platforms

• Understanding of on-premise and cloud-hosted software solutions

• Familiarity with the Knowledge Discovery product or related AI/search/data analytics tools

• Exposure to OpenText products such as Documentum, Extended ECM, Core Content, InfoArchive, or IDOL

• Experience working in agile or iterative development environments

Personal Attributes

• Highly organized and goal-driven, with strong problem anticipation and resolution skills

• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — across technical and business audiences

• Confident working with customers and internal stakeholders, including in sales support scenarios

• Curious and adaptable, with a passion for emerging technologies and innovation
