Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Principal Product Designer or similar senior design role.
• Strong UI/interaction design portfolio for complex digital products.
• Proven track record building and scaling design systems and component libraries.
• Experience delivering greenfield, scalable digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the visual design language across multiple digital products.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes and detailed design specifications.
• Lead the development and governance of a scalable design system with components and tokens.
• Define interaction patterns delivering intuitive, accessible experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and design quality.
• Translate business and technical requirements into simple interfaces.
• Champion accessibility and responsive design best practices.
• Shape design standards and UI governance across the organisation.
