As a Product Designer, you'll manage work-streams, provide product direction, lead within the design team, and tackle complex problems. You'll be responsible for launching well-executed products, connecting related projects, and influencing team culture. With strong design skills, experience in high-fidelity prototyping, and a track record of improving tools and frameworks, you'll contribute to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture while fostering a healthy design process.

What you'll be accountable for:

• Managing work-streams, providing product direction through goal-setting and planning.
• Leading within the design team and among cross-functional peers.
• Tackling systems-level problems with interconnected constraints.
• Launching well-defined and well-executed products.
• Solving complex Product Design problems.
• Connecting related projects across the company for quick resolution of issues or joint decisions.

• Influencing and strengthening team culture while identifying development areas.
• Representing work clearly in presentations and reviews with leaders.
• Communicating team goals effectively to elicit feedback.
• Having experience in interviewing.
• Acting as an ally by helping colleagues and showing respect and generosity.

What you need to succeed

• Exceptional skills in one design dimension, e.g., Product thinking, Interaction Design, Execution, Craft, or Programs.
• Skilled in high-fidelity prototyping tools.
• Experience developing and improving tools, frameworks, or systems.
• Designed new patterns or introduced standards adopted by others.
• Proactively identifying and driving initiatives to strengthen the team.
