You will join a team of UX Researchers and Product, Content, and Marketing Designers.

The impact you'll have:

We're seeking a Principal Product Designer to join our growing Product Design team. You should have a passion for creating elegant solutions to complex problems and be comfortable in ambiguous situations. You will be involved in Product, Marketing, Content, and Brand design, and will be responsible for the Design System and Brand guidelines.

Your day-to-day:

  • Design digital experiences that enhance our customers' interactions.
  • Collaborate with the business, engineers, and designers to refine the user experience through ongoing iterations.
  • Identify initiatives to improve the quality, efficiency, and impact of design.
  • Push the quality of work forward in design, experience, and internal processes.
  • Work alongside the Head of Product Design to shape the design vision and maintain high standards.
  • Be passionate about the brand vision and values to create authentic and meaningful experiences.

Your skillset:

  • Strong visual design skills focused on delivering excellent experiences and solving problems.
  • Outstanding communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills to unite teams and inspire shared understanding.
  • Ability to make well-reasoned design decisions prioritizing user experience.
  • Several years of creating exceptional product experiences in high-growth environments, skilled in UI and UX, with a portfolio showcasing your work, process, and results.
  • Proactive, organized, curious, humble, and empathetic.
