Responsibilities:
- Completing DSEAR risk assessments and compliance activities
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers
- Reviewing and producing explosion safety strategies
- Developing and producing processes and policy documentation for the site
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in explosion safety engineering and hazard analysis methods
- Experience in DSEAR risk assessment, hazard identification, and analysis, preferably in high hazard industries
- Thorough understanding of Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) and proven track record in implementing business processes
- Degree in a STEM discipline
- Experience with COMAH Safety Case support
- Site Asset Protection and Fire Safety Engineering experience
