Your Role:
Drive Process Development: Formulate structured approaches to meet challenging technical requirements for new products.
Ensure Process Performance: Oversee process modules, ensuring optimal integration and interaction.
Implement Robust Data-Driven Decisions: Use risk analysis and statistical control (SPC) to guide new process introductions.
Lead Change Management: Maintain rigorous change control in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Solve Cross-Boundary Issues: Lead structured problem resolution across multiple process cells.
Maintain Process Documentation: Ensure all process integrity records are up to date for key projects.
Optimize Device Performance: Characterize and refine fabrication processes to enhance device outcomes.

What You Bring:
Degree (or higher) in Physical Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in semiconductor processing (Si, SiGe, MEMS, or III-V, with a preference for InP expertise).
Hands-on experience in wafer fabrication and an understanding of how process variations impact device performance.
Proven ability to manage process integration projects and deliver on schedule.
Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills, with experience in SPC (Statistical Process Control).
Strong leadership and communication skills to engage across departments.
