• Strong process engineering experience across complex industrial, infrastructure, energy, pharmaceutical, water, manufacturing or mission-critical environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and delivery of process engineering solutions across complex engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical oversight, assurance and review of process engineering designs, calculations, specifications and reports.
• Act as a key technical advisor to project teams, clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, civil, structural and digital engineering disciplines for integrated delivery.
• Identify risks, challenges and opportunities for optimisation, delivering practical and commercially effective solutions.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of engineering standards, design methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor engineers within the team and contribute to knowledge sharing across the business.
• Demonstrate strong process engineering experience in mission-critical environments and lead design activities with technical assurance.
• Guide clients and stakeholders with confident technical leadership and decision-making.
• Drive risk management and robust process design principles for operational performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the development and delivery of process engineering solutions across complex engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical oversight, assurance and review of process engineering designs, calculations, specifications and reports.
• Act as a key technical advisor to project teams, clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate closely with mechanical, electrical, civil, structural and digital engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Identify project risks, technical challenges and opportunities for optimisation, providing practical and commercially effective solutions.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of engineering standards, design methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor and guide engineers within the team, contributing to technical growth and knowledge sharing across the business.
• Strong process engineering experience gained within complex industrial, infrastructure, energy, pharmaceutical, water, manufacturing or mission‑critical environments.
• Proven ability to lead process engineering design activities and provide technical assurance on multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of process design principles, system integration, operational performance and engineering risk management.
• Experience engaging with clients, contractors and project stakeholders, providing confident technical guidance and leadership.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions across multidisciplinary teams.
• Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience.
