Black & White Engineering seeks a Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead the development of cooling and mechanical infrastructure for major data centre projects. You will act as a technical authority, guiding teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders to shape engineering decisions.

You will drive technical leadership, mentor engineers, and contribute to engineering standards while supporting delivery on high-profile, critical infrastructure initiatives within a collaborative culture.

Exceptional mechanical design plays a critical role in the performance, efficiency and reliability of modern data centres. As a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Black & White Engineering, you'll lead the development of sophisticated cooling and mechanical infrastructure solutions that support some of the most advanced facilities being built today.
