Key Responsibilities:

Lead Enforcement Functions: Take charge of enforcing statutory obligations, including conducting inspections, taking enforcement action, and providing expert advice and education on housing matters.

Customer-Facing Role: Represent the organisation at the forefront, engaging with the public and managing challenging situations with professionalism and confidence. Your role will be vital in safeguarding public welfare.

Site and Office-Based Work: Split your time effectively between office tasks (25%-40%) and conducting essential site visits across various locations in North London (60%-75%). Be immersed in real, impactful action.

Collaborative Working: Forge strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents while adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
