The role: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Principal Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

As a Principal Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will work closely with our sales team and internal stakeholders to understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions, and present technical proposals that align with the client’s business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, ideally in API Management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement & Strategy: Engage with customers through meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather requirements and refine solution designs.
  2. Technical Expertise & Solution Design: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and business challenges.
  3. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product management, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable.
  4. RFP/RFI Response: Lead the technical response to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring timely, accurate, and compelling submissions.
  5. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, such as solution briefs and case studies.
  6. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and enhance technical knowledge through ongoing training.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience in an equivalent Pre-Sales role, with a proven track record of delivering technical solutions for enterprise-level customers. Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and project management skills are essential.
