Job summary

Zapp, London’s leading premium convenience retail platform, is seeking a Principal PM for Consumer Mobile (iOS) to own the iOS experience end-to-end. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Operations to ship fast, intuitive features that delight users.

You will obsess over every customer journey moment, leveraging data and experimentation to improve activation, retention and revenue while moving quickly without breaking critical parts of the product.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on consumer mobile apps (iOS).
• Strong understanding of the consumer product lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, re-engagement.
• Proven track record of shaping, launching and scaling consumer mobile apps with high user engagement.
• Strong quantitative skills and systems-thinking to map dependencies and identify leverage points.
• Ability to work closely with mobile engineers and designers to translate user needs into features.
• Experience with mobile analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude) to monitor app performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the consumer mobile (iOS) experience from discovery to post-order engagement.
• Define and manage the consumer mobile iOS product roadmap.
• Translate customer insights into high-performing iOS features that drive outcomes.
• Drive development of iOS capabilities like push notifications, Apple Pay, real-time tracking.
• Establish and track KPIs across activation, engagement, retention and revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and Operations for a seamless UX.
• Stay current on iOS trends and mobile UX to stay best-in-class.
