Job summary

OnBuy is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Buyer Growth to own the buyer side of OnBuy, EasyShop and Comet. This is a direct-report-to-CEO role with no team, focused on delivering buyer-side initiatives that drive search, discovery, basket, checkout and purchase across our brands.

You will define the buyer roadmap, make commercial calls, collaborate with Design and Technology, and lead with clarity, evidence and execution to move key metrics.

Qualifications

• Deep ecommerce, marketplace, retail technology, app commerce or digital shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Buyer Side roadmap for OnBuy, EasyShop and Comet and drive commercial outcomes.
• Own buyer journey improvements from discovery to purchase to raise conversion, revenue and retention.
• Turn targets into product delivery with clear, practical plans and measurable results.
