Principal Planning Officer (Major Developments)
South East
£50 per hour Inside IR35
6 Months Initially

You will be mainly working from home, with the exception of site visits and key meetings. The office location can be discussed upon application to the role. Office presence is one to two days in the office/on site.

This newly created role is due to an increase in workload stemming from continued development in the local area, with the main focus on town centre regeneration. The local authority is looking to bring in an experienced planner who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

You will need to have experience working on major applications.

You will be required to work both individually and as part of a team to maintain the high level of service that the local authority currently operates.

This role will move quickly and presents a unique opportunity to join a growing local authority.
