Principal Planning Officer

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Principal Planning Officer for a Local Authority based in Northwest London.

Please note, this is a Contract opportunity and only apply if you have the Right to Work in the UK and have relevant experience.

You will be:

1. Managing Complex Planning Projects - overseeing large scale developments projects.
2. Providing Strategic Advice.
3. Supervising Teams - supporting the team manager in managing the team of officers.
4. Working on the council's policy developments.
5. Engaging with stakeholders.
6. Conducting site visits and assessments.

Essentials:

1. Right to work in the UK - the Council will not be able to provide sponsorship for this opportunity.
2. A degree in a relevant field and proven working experience of working as a Planning Officer.
3. Relevant Industry knowledge.
4. Previous experience of working within a Council is beneficial but not essential.
