The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Town Planner to take on a key role focusing on planning applications and appeals. Working on high-impact projects in one of the UK’s most picturesque and desirable locations, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable, high-quality developments across Cornwall and the surrounding areas.
You will lead and support a variety of projects, providing expert planning advice, coordinating application submissions, preparing statements for appeal, and engaging with key stakeholders including local planning authorities, landowners, and developers.
