1. Significant experience as a planner, ideally working at local authority level (County, district or unitary) in planning policy and/or development management.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Part-time candidates will be considered as well as full-time candidates.
4. The post duration is 6 to 12 months.
5. The successful candidate will be required to attend the office once per week, on a Wednesday.
