Job description

Location: Kilncraigs Greenside Street Alloa, FK10 1EB

Salary: £45,187.04 - £50,881.04 per year

Contract Type: Permanent

Position Type: Full Time

Hours: 35 hours per week

Job Description

The main roles of the Principal Planner are to take responsibility, as directed by the Planning and Building Standards Team Leader, for:

  • Processing and administering planning applications.
  • Leading negotiations of developer contributions.
  • Overseeing the effective monitoring of developments and dealing with consequential enforcement actions.
  • Contributing to service work on Local Development Planning and Placemaking.
