Job summary

Qualifications

PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

Lead the simulation, modelling, and analysis of semiconductor or photonic devices across a range of technologies.
Develop and validate device models to support design, optimisation, and experimental work.
Collaborate closely with process integration, optics & device engineering to provide actionable insights from simulation results.
Mentor and guide junior engineers on simulation methodologies and best practices.
Evaluate and implement new simulation tools and techniques to enhance modelling capabilities.
Present technical findings to internal stakeholders and contribute to technology strategy.
