We are looking for:

Leadership and Management skills: Assist in leading and managing the P&BC Customer Service team to ensure efficient, effective, and comprehensive operation of a demand management-focused Divisional Customer Engagement and Advice service.

Strategic Support: Support the P&BC Customer Service Lead in developing the strategic direction of the P&BC Divisions customer engagement and advice service.
